The price of your new kitchen depends on which pieces you choose and the kitchen size, and the final design will be tailored to your specifications and budget. We keep our prices low with clever business acumen and by streamlining our overheads; we never scrimp on quality or craftsmanship, and we operate a fair wage policy across the whole business. We believe our freestanding kitchen furniture to be the finest in the UK. Despite this, we can proudly claim that our prices are extremely competitive. We do this by carefully-considering our materials and processes; we have been in the kitchen industry so long that we know it inside out and can cut prices, without cutting corners.

Ordering your kitchen
We accept all credit and debit cards.
Due to the bespoke nature of our freestanding kitchen furniture and our focus on sustainability, all items are made to order. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are 100% happy with the design and specifications before placing the order. For this reason, we do not offer a cancellation policy.
We supply oak and walnut wooden worktops, as well as marble and quartz stone worktops. You will be given the choice for each freestanding cabinet. If you choose to have several cabinets configured alongside one another then we can supply a long length to fit. If you want any other kind of worktop then we can put you in touch with our partner worktop suppliers who can come and make you bespoke worktops to complement your freestanding kitchen.
Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver every handmade kitchen within 6 weeks. This sometimes takes slightly longer during very busy times, but we will be open and transparent with you every step of the way to ensure that you are not left guessing.
The delivery charge depends which of the following options you choose at the checkout:
- Two-man home delivery service to a room of your choice – £650 incl. VAT charged per truckload (up to 8 items)
- Curbside courier delivery service – £120 incl. VAT per item
For orders containing Oak worktops or shelving, an additional £45 delivery fee will apply.
For orders containing Quartz or Marble worktops, an additional £200 delivery fee will apply.
These additional fees will be charged separately from your online order and a member of the Crusoe team will be in touch to arrange payment.
No, we don’t supply a fitting service because your freestanding kitchen is unfitted by nature. You will perhaps require a plumber and electrician to connect taps/appliances and electrical devices, but we leave that up to you to use your preferred local tradesmen.
We are a freestanding kitchen company and are not trained at removing fitted kitchens so no, we will not remove old kitchens.
When you place your order we will discuss delivery options with you and ensure that our delivery team will arrive within a mutually agreed time frame. You will need to be there to receive your delivery and have 6 weeks in which to plan your time accordingly. Hopefully this will alleviate any concerns that you might miss the delivery!
To mitigate problems arising we ask that you accurately measure your doorways and entranceways before delivery to ensure that our delivery team can get your delivery items into your home trouble-free. We take every precaution to ensure that your new freestanding kitchen arrives in pristine condition. However, sometimes accidents occur and the units may take a knock in transit. In this unlikely scenario, we ask that you take some photos of the damage and email them to our customer service team who will take appropriate steps to remedy the problem and ensure that you are left 100% satisfied with your new kitchen.

Due to the bespoke nature of our freestanding kitchen furniture and our focus on sustainability, all items are made to order. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are 100% happy with the specifications before placing the order. For this reason, we do not offer returns. However if in the unlikely event your kitchen isn’t fit for purpose then our 10 year guarantee will assure you and give you peace of mind. See our guarantee page for more info.
