How it Works

Customer satisfaction is something at which we excel here at Crusoe Kitchens, and this extends to the aftercare too. From when you pace your order to delivery, we are renowned for our customer care and will work tirelessly to ensure you are happy with the whole process
Once your kitchen has been delivered you will have 28 days in which to notify us of any unlikely problems which may arise such as missing items or items damaged in transit.
Call or email us to let us know the issues so that we can establish a solution. Our UK-based team is small and friendly and always on hand to help with any questions.
We ask for you to provide images so that we might assess the problem and help you to remedy this within a reasonable timeframe.
Once the solution has been established, we will keep you in the loop with timeframes and ensure that you know exactly when and how the problem will be remedied.
