Delivery Info

How Long Will My Kitchen Take to Arrive?
We aim to deliver every handmade kitchen within 6 weeks. This sometimes takes slightly longer during very busy times, but we will be open and transparent with you every step of the way to ensure that you are not left guessing.

How Much is Kitchen Delivery?

The delivery charge depends which of the following options you choose at the checkout:

  • Two-man home delivery service to a room of your choice – £650 incl. VAT charged per truckload (up to 8 items)
  • Curbside courier delivery service – £120 incl. VAT per item


For orders containing Oak worktops or shelving, an additional £45 delivery fee will apply.

For orders containing Quartz or Marble worktops, an additional £200 delivery fee will apply.

These additional fees will be charged separately from your online order and a member of the Crusoe team will be in touch to arrange payment.

What if I Miss My Delivery?
When you place your order we will discuss delivery options with you and ensure that our delivery team will arrive within a mutually agreed time frame. You will need to be there to receive your delivery and have 6 weeks in which to plan your time accordingly. Hopefully this will alleviate any concerns that you might miss the delivery!
